Chelsea Football Club is a professional football club from England, based in Fulham, West London. The team was founded in 1905 and plays its home games at Stamford Bridge. They participate in the Premier League, the top division of English football. 1955, the club won its first significant honor, the League championship. Their first FA Cup victory came in 1970, followed by their first European honor, the Cup Winners' Cup, in 1971. In 2022, Chelsea became the third English club to win the Club World Cup.
