Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are a professional basketball team from America, currently based in San Francisco. They are a part of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The team was founded in 1946 in Philadelphia, but later, they moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1962 and adopted the city's name. However, they changed their geographic name to Golden State in 1971. The team plays their home games at the Chase Center.
