Pittsburgh Penguins

The Pittsburgh Penguins, also known as the Pens, are a professional ice hockey team in Pittsburgh. They are a part of the Metropolitan Division of the Eastern Conference in the National Hockey League (NHL). Since 2010, they have been playing home games at the PPG Paints Arena, formerly the Consol Energy Center. Previously, they played at the Civic Arena, also called "the Igloo." The Penguins are currently associated with two minor league teams: the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League (AHL) and the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL.
